At the African Collaborative Network (ACN), we take pride in offering high-quality products and experiences that reflect our mission to connect and empower communities. We understand that, on rare occasions, issues may arise, and we’re here to make things right.

Return Policy:

​

We accept returns for defective products only.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@africancollaborativenetwork.com with the following information:

• Your order number

• A photo of the defective or damaged item

• A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if applicable.

Please note:

• Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

• Returns made without prior approval may not be accepted.

• We are unable to offer refunds for non-defective products, donations, event tickets, or digital downloads.

 

Refunds:

​

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are not available for:

• Donation contributions

• Digital or downloadable materials

• Event or workshop tickets (unless the event is canceled by ACN)

 

Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer product exchanges.
If your item is defective, please follow the return process outlined above for a refund.
